Cardio = A.M. Cardio HIIT, I felt like I killed this more then last week… Felt really good. Almost thought like I was going to hurl a few times!!!

(supplements = multi-vit, ginseng, triflex, saw palmetto, DHEA)

4 oz. chicken, Mrs. Dash, 1T olive oil, 3 oz. Sweet potato
(supplements = calcium/magnesium, vit. C & E, green tea)

Notes = I'm taking Xpel also this week to try and get some of the water off of me.... It is kinda driving me nuts... So increased water intake and we will see....
