Thinking about teaching at the school... The director had her secretary call me today and ask again. She was dissappointed when I told them I was too busy at the beginning of summer and said no. So... I think I'm going to have a hard time this winter if I don't fil it up with some stuff to do... and this way I won't have to go back and pay for continue education credits I'll get to claim the classes and go back through them for free!! ;)

I am so stoked it's not even funny :) :elephant:

That teaching gig sounds awesome, esp. since you get to gain something by giving! That is always a bonus! :) Knowledge, respect, you educate get paid & get continuing ed, fill the schedule to keep you busy & on your toes? Sounds purr fect :)

YEs it is right! I am golfing tomorrow hope to kick some ...ja ja ja...as long as I don't three putt! Watching Local Lorena Ochoa play British Open too! #1 on money list...I used to do school car pool with my kids... Hope you're good!:heart:

Mood = Feeling Good
Body Soreness = Feels like someone slugged me in my left arm still (shots), Soreness in Hams, Mostly calves feel like they got hammered.. Really tight. Chest little tight, back sore... doesn't feel like from lifting more... just regular soreness.

Food

M1
1 scoop protein, 2.5g glutamine, ½ scoop NO2 mix, amino acids, 1/2 container low carb vanilla yogurt

Abs
3 sets V-ups till failure
3 set bicycles till failure
2 30 second hold vacuums

Cardio
15 minutes on each:
Step mill (Fat burner mode) more just focused on stepping and squeezing glutes
Elyptical (no hand motion) glute incline level targeted, resistance 15 Just slow glutes squeeze
Treadmill (Incline 15) speed 1.3 Focused on squeezing glutes and keeping legs tight

M2
1 scoop protein, 2.5g glutamine, 2.5g creatine, 1 container SF chocolate pudding, handful blueberries

2 glucorell, 2 sesapure
M3
~4oz. chicken with some spices, WW pasta ~3oz., parmesan cheese, olive oil 1T
(supplements = calcium/magnesium, vit. C & E)

M4
2T ANPB

M5
Fish, broccoli, ???
(supplements = multi-vit, ginseng, triflex, saw palmetto, DHEA)

M6
1T ANPB

M7
5 egg whites with mrs. dash, 1T ANPB

Bed

Macros = ?? cals P/F/C (g) P/F/C (%) (g fiber)

Notes = None

Good morning, I hope your not getting sick! Could it be from the shots, you know how you get a little of what they give you??

Yeah I was thinking that... I've been just getting random sicknesses, pains since the competition. Nothing real severe.. just like icky feeling, stomach ache, or back ache... not to many headache's. Bloated like a moose right now. Though I think it's due to the food's. I have added in some dairy which I haven't really eaten in a year (cheese, yogurt, sour cream, SF pudding), and still I don't think I drink enough water. Besides the cheese which probably raises my sodium intake I have trying been watching any extra salt added.
So I'm taking dairy out again sticking with my calcium/magnesium supplement, May take my sodium free PB out and just stick with almonds.
Just to try and get some of this uncomfortable water weight off.
