I have lower back and abs. Well.....

This guy was going to failure with good mornings the other day. Really heavy and bad form too. I was waiting for him to snap in half but it never happened. lol

A little sore.. Had to go get vaccinations in my left shoulder so I'm sure that arm is going to be toasted.
Least it's legs tonight, We planned that well
