Mood = Feeling Good
Body Soreness = Feels like someone slugged me in my left arm still (shots), Soreness in Hams, Mostly calves feel like they got hammered.. Really tight. Chest little tight, back sore... doesn't feel like from lifting more... just regular soreness.

1 scoop protein, 2.5g glutamine, ½ scoop NO2 mix, amino acids, 1/2 container low carb vanilla yogurt

Step mill (Fat burner mode) more just focused on stepping and squeezing glutes
Elyptical (no hand motion) glute incline level targeted, resistance 15 Just slow glutes squeeze
Treadmill (Incline 15) speed 1.3 Focused on squeezing glutes and keeping legs tight
