Yup well that's why I have an appointment tomorrow, and friday So I am going solid tomorrow. Give the hair a few days... then a few highlights on friday and a trim... Then I will have you all judge the new do

Yeah that would be scary if I went that red
I figured out what was wrong... I was adduction my shoulder blades and trying to externally rotate my shoulders and it was all screwed up. So I have to think shoulders forward asrms slightly externally rotated and they come out. Still practicing to make the transition faster!!

Yeah I know!! Working out when I can think of it... I'
ll be glad when p.m. cardio drops off so I can focus more. I'm just exhausted no energy left to even stand to do posing... Eh I do it after I get out of teh shower in the a.m. and while I'm waiting on the yohimburn to sink in.I need to do more though! Tomorow evening after the hair turns red... It's on
