JUNE 17 (I think)
weght today ??? Yesterday 134
Brain function = LOW
I can now laugh at how horrible my day went...
a.m. cardio (60 mintes)
went and bombed PT test (priceless)
p.m. weights shoulders and abs (stared at building for 30 minutes before I went in)
p.m. cardio (40 minutes of uncontollable crying in my head and almost broke down right there on the tread)
Zombie on the drive back to my bro's
1 hour nap
1 hour nap at pool side
Dinner...
Groggy, cranky, and very impressed with my control of not losing it... until I did
Waited 1 hour for chicken on lettuce request no dressing, no cheese, but wanted the cucumber. Simple right???? NOPE
Chicken was ice cold.... salad wilted, NO cucumbers, dressing
While I waited my nephew spilt his 12 oz. sugary lemonade in my lap. 2 hours sleep, wet shorts, lemonade in the @ss crack, waitress had to get the manager to take my food back (1 hour 15 minutes past feeding time), niece crying at the highest intervals I ever heard.... Manager walks by TWO more times looking at me while I tried to wait patiently. Then it hit me...
I picked the plate up and threw it....
People turned around looked, I walked out of building for fresh air.
Felt better...
Brother walks out says,"The manager asked twice for you and wants to get you a new salad but I told her I didn't think you were coming back." Then he started laughing and said,"That was pretty sweet,"
So they gave me a $25 gift card (well I never went back in) and comped the food.
Stopped by Wendy's on the way home got a chicken on lettuce salad no dressing.... Total time to order and receive :2 minutes 43 seconds
Came home showered to get wet clothes off and get my legs back to not sticking to each other... Getting ready to sleep for however long I desire. Driving back to MI when I awake.
NOTE: No more road trips till after comp.

Sorry to hear about your bad day hun
That little part of your story above though cracked me up... it totally sounds like something I would do (I'm not the most patient person in the world LOL) especially if I am hungry 
Keep your head up tho darlin' things will pick up for ya!!!
