O.k. so the body fat was checked no wonder I have been sooooo pissy and how difficult last week was energy and weight wise. From June 8th to June 19th (today) I dropped almost 4% body fat. I'm now 14.5%. He dropped my cals again this week... Or should I say carbs
He said this will probably be the last drop in cals from here on out because I should be right where he wants me and then he can ease me in. He said I'm probably even a bit less then 14.5% that I am holding quite a bit Subq water and that my skin and body looked pretty vascular. Ohhh and they all got a kick out of my little restaurant ordeal at the gym.
So the other two exciting events of the day. Some girl has a crush on me at the gym.... and I just happened to train her last week for one of my boss's because they were out of town. They told him they thought I was hot!
Another girl came up to me in the locker room, she said my name... I turned around and before I knew it she had my shirt up and was poking at my stomach. Then as I stood there with deer in the headlights look, she got this look winked at me and said,"They are coming in nicely!"
Ohhhhh K this whole lesbo thing is not my cup of tea!!!! Here I thought I was going to have to defend myself from men... I'm going to wear a burka if this keeps going on.
Anyway anyone up to do my p.m. cardio... only 45 minutes???
