PHYSICAL THERAPY = Went this a.m. Had a guy because my girl I couldn't get in with. It's cool getting another perspective and another way of doing things. My L5 was actually not moving today which is wierd since when I first started L5 was the only joint moving. Also, my right hip was anteriorly rotated when usually it's my left. Right now I can bend and turn side to side with minimal discomfort. Pretty good!
