Legs and glutes are toasted!!! I feel a lot in my vastus lateralis superior aspect, glutes mostly medius and minimus, and hamstring attachments into the ischial tuberosity's.
Shoudlers are killing me from yesterday. I had arms and chest today. Triceps are already screaming.
At any rate I Pr'd my incline bench press at 140, my preacher curl at 85, and did 3 more unassisted dips then I did last week. So Finished strong

New plan is put together and starts tomorrow. It will last 6 weeks.
