Next week it's just going to go higher
So I'm setting my new leg press goal of 800 this year.
I could feel muscle fibers getting tore up, and I am already having fun walking so I know I have a rough 3 days ahead of me with DOMS.
First time I had the dizzy feeling come over me, and the hurling sensation rising up, and I was starving by the end of the work-out.
Even had a guy come up to me and said he was trying to count my plates but kept losing track and asked how much I did, and then was shocked and said, "Man I don't see hardly any guys do half of what you just did!"
So it was a good leg day, food just felt on, feeling was good, pumps were going. Only three things changed, more sleep, a new pair of Nike's, and a red steak for dinner last night.
Birthday dinner was fun!!! Even went birthday shopping and bought 2 new pairs of Nike's, a gym outfit, a gym shirt, gym socks, and a bottle of perfume : Issey Miyake for women.
So it was good
