Thanks all, Glad I have the approval on the Issey. I LOVE them men's Issey!!!!

So today we are getting ready to go hit shoulders, not so much my favorite... :rolleyes:

Just got home from the massage school teaching. I was asked by the director to take over the sports massage as prime instructor, so YEAhhhhh!! I can restructure the program also! So I am excited.
O.k. gotta go get some PR's I'll be back :)

Ohhh HiDiN I will not be squatting no 550 pounds any day soon.. not with my back.

Treil that is AWESOME!!!! Good for you!! Issey is the bomb. :)

OCT 30 2006
Mood = Good
Soreness = Forearms, shoulders, lightly in the glutes, arms feel heavy at this point.
Weight = 157.2
Body fat = 21.8% yesterday, actually decreased 1% in the past 2 weeks, with my BW up 1.5lbs. Going to check again in 2 weeks to decide if cals will go up or not.

:lmao: Well some of that is with the help of SBT.... Since she has been around and we have been cooking I haven't had any cravings (Thank God). All weekend I sat with Kit Kats, Milky Ways, Candy Corn, Gorilla Bread, Panera bagels, muffins, pumpkin rolls, and twizzlers on my desk at the school and nothing tempted me.
Instead by the end of the weekend I had the students asking me for nurtitional 'Recommendations' and had to walk away when the famous quote of "bouncing quarters off my butt" came out of one of their mouth's. I'm thinking no way... that was wierd.


So anyway in the way of PR's since HiDiN you do ask... Shoulders... Eh... I really think my shoulder work is more of a physical therapy session. I realize I am not doing enough /any external rotation in the program and possibly creating more shoulder instability. SOOoooooo.... starting next week I am incorporating some shoulder rehab kind of superset, light weight routine to help try and strengthen the weaker links (Infraspinatous and teres minor).
Needless to say shoulders are still sore from saturday, especially the ant. and med. delts.

Chest and arm work on sunday different story ;)
Pr's on DB incline press for 5 reps on my 4th set with 65 DB.
Really helps to have a spotter to help get these things up, I wouldn't have gotten them up without her help, due to the shoulder lock at the beginning of the movement, but after that the game was on!!!
For arms I PR'd preacher curl at 75lbs for 4 reps on my 3rd set, yes the FULL ROM, not partial... all the way down.
Dips I did 3 sets of 8,7,6 reps with no assistance all BW... so I may need to start adding weight onto me! Most I have ever done, especially with the BW still going up and higher then the last time I tried.

So it ended up being a good day yesterday despite the fact it is getting darker earlier and I was turning the lights on in the car because I had no sun all day and was falling asleep. SBT thought it would be funny by rolling her sleeves up and acting like she was getting a tan... Freak!
