I'm coming off cycle right now and am retaining most of my weight and strength, but I am losing any bloating I had. I want to change my shoulder routine to add some mass to the rear delts. I look great from the front, but smaller than I would like from the side.
I do more of a BB type workout, so I'm not looking for an entirely new routine just shoulders. Any suggestions?
