Rear delts, HELP!

I'm coming off cycle right now and am retaining most of my weight and strength, but I am losing any bloating I had. I want to change my shoulder routine to add some mass to the rear delts. I look great from the front, but smaller than I would like from the side.

I do more of a BB type workout, so I'm not looking for an entirely new routine just shoulders. Any suggestions?

I've really slowed down in BB workouts and thinking about getting back into powerlifting workouts to take my physique to the next level.

No, I can't take credit for the lifts nor the video. I am still waiting to make my first film appearance. Anyways, if I had access to a facility like that, I would never post here.

just curious, on the above lifts- how many reps/ sets? Im also looking to add size in my rear delts. now I train shoulders 3/wk (front, back & side).
