Ready to use AAs: Anavar

Hi everyone. :)

A little back story is that I have been lifting for more than a year now , my diet is spot on and have lost a significant amount of body fat % where people could see some definition in my abs. I want to push it further (i.e.get more cut, drier and harder)

For several months now, I have been thinking of using anavar but I was holding out until I think I'm lean enough to actually use it and maximize its use.

Now, I think I'm ready to start my first cycle on October.

I just need some advice/tips/pointers because I am thinking of this dosing:

week one: 2.5mg twice daily
week two: 2.5mg twice daily
week three: 5mg twice daily
week four: 5mg twice daily
week five: 7.5mg twice daily
week six: 5mg twice daily
week seven: 2.5mg twice daily
week eight: 2.5mg twice daily

and these are my stats:
25y/o
5'1"
110lbs
11-12 % bodyfat

You're primary goal for using anavar would be to gain muscle??

Personally, I don't think there's much need to taper up and down with var. You could start week one at 2.5 and then go up to 5 and hold it there for the duration.
 
yeah, primary: gain muscle and secondary: to lose some fat :)
thanks, i did read on some other threads about not having to taper var but there were some also that encourage tapering so i wasnt sure...
 
is it true i need to make the cycle last at least 12weeks?then stop? should i be taking something after the cycle or i could just stop for a month then start another cycle?
