ready for my first cycle

hi im jst about to start my first cycle but first would like a bit off feedback and some extra advice before my first pin! firstly a little bit about myself im 25 , 5'11 , 172lbs , ive been ttrainin religously for d past 2 and 1/2 years ive done 1 ph cycle and have been research AAS for at least a half yr and finally decided i want to try it! MY diet is pretty good i eat pretty healthy and alot because i have an extremly fast metabolism.
here is my cycle:

test e 500mg once a week for 8weeks
dbol 20mg each day for 1st 4 wks
Arimidex through entire cyle and pct startin at 1mg e/d reducing dosage after 4wks to .5 e/d and down to .25 during pct
Winstrol 50mg eod from wks 3-8(final 6 wks)
HCG 500ius every 4days during cycle

PCT:

clomid wk 1:200mg wk2:100mg wk3-4:25mg
Arimidex wk 1-2:.25mg and wk 3-4:.25mg eod

im also thinkin of running IGF-1 LR3 in my pct for wks 1-3 dosage of 60mcg/day for wk 1 and 40mcg/day for wk 2-3. any advice is appreciated



i will also be runnin taurine, cissus and obviously Multivitamin(orange triad) and protien shakes(ON hydrowhey and casien)

i would like some advice on taking r-alpha lipoic acid(Glucorell R) and is it enough for liver protection or is there better out there?

Might I suggest you hold off on your dbols until your testosterone-e has had a chance to start working? I'm assuming you're taking them both in the intent to stack them, well, test-e isn't particularly active in the human body for the first 2 weeks after injection.

Other than that, I'd suggest the IGF-LR3 injected IM site specifically (in the belly of the muscles you wish to grow) at around 100mcg bilaterally (aka 100mcg in both biceps) around 15-20m after training... This is down to personal preference, but on cycle I think it will be more beneficial than on PCT...
 
you dont think taking the dbol would do much good for the first 2wks? if i extended my cycle by 2 wks to 10wks would thhis be okay?

also, taking the igf pct would that not help me keep my gains after cycle?

i purchased liv52 for liver protection, do u think r-alpha lipoic acid is needed as well?
 
That's way too much for a 1st cycle...test only will be fine...

And your PCT needs to go, PCT sould be:

HCGenerate starting week 5-6 and thru PCT
Forma Stanzol after last pin 7 weeks
Post Cycle/Unleashed 2 weeks after last pin 5 weeks

What's "pretty good" diet?

11am:brown bread sandwich with tuna(or turkey) and chicken and sweetcorn and cuecumber
lunch: meal with meat(chicken, beef, etc..) potatoes(or rice) and veg(usually broccilli, carrots, green beans, baked beans, or peas)
3-4pm:if i have time between 3 and 4 i might get a small can of tuna in
6or7pm: hit gym
8-8.30pm:protein shake and can of tuna
9.30pm dinner:steak beans and mash or spagetti bol(or something i can have alot of mince with)
bedtime:Casien protien

Test is always best for a 1st cycle, see how your body reacts and then you can think about more later on..

You need a serving of protein @ breakfast, make sure you have 1-2 meals between lunch and the gym @ 6, and an over serving of protein and carbs IMMEDIATELY after training....

You dont have the foundation to keep the gains from a decent cycle.
 
onli problem is gettn these products is ive bought my current pct plan n im in college so the funds arent really at my disposal ha ha do u think i can get way with my current pct? also the problem with getn the 2 meals in between lunch n d gym because im usally in a lecture at these times.

i used t0 be onli 9stone small frame now im bigger enough more lean tho i eat vry big meals probably more then most people on this honestlt ive a freakishly fast metabolism!ha i bench 230lbs 4x4 preacher curl 95lbs 6 x 3 shoulder press 60lbs dumbells 6 x 4
i really would like 2 give roids ago been reserching and thinkin about it atleast a half yr now
 
Bro I guarentee you that you on a 5x5 you would dramatically improve.
Much cheaper and better for you too.
