So here is my planned off season run! Tell me what u think!
Eq 450mg/week, weeks1-12
Test e 250mg/week, weeks1-10
Test p 100mg/week, weeks 1-10
Deca 200mg/week, weeks 1-8
Npp 100mg/week, weeks 1-8
*anadrol 50mg a day, weeks 1-4
Of course I will have on hand all the ancillaries
-Adex
-Caber/prami
-Clomid for pct
-N2 guard...if in stock!
-Hcgenerate...if in stock!
-DAA
-Pct/unleashed combo or. something similar
I am not entirely sure about the a bombs. I am strongly considering them though!
My diet will be perfect! Macro breakdown will be as follows!
350-400g protein
420-480g carbohydrates
80-120g fat
This will be spread out over 6-8 meals which will make the target grams possible. I also plan on throwing in an extra 300-500g of dirty carbs on Saturday and Sunday. I will have at least one red meat meal a day with my other protein coming from eggs, chicken, and turkey. I will probably stay away from fish because I am so burnt out from Pre contest! I will also throw in other game mean when available! Venison, bison, etc. Carbs will be coming from oats, brown rice, potatoes, and select fruits! My fat content will be pretty low and come primarily from my food and peanutbutter!
I am super excited to start my off season diet! I plan on getting pretty drastic results! Especially when I start my off season cycle! Any comments, suggestions, or questions are grately appreciated and welcome!
