So I made another more major change to my diet yesterday. From here on I dropped my carb total to about 150g. This amount is spread across my first 3 meals and then no carbs for the rest of the day. Everything else remains the same. My carb meals are oats(meal1) and sweet potatoes(meal2&3). I feel like I am starting to see even more changes on a daily basis now. Energy levels are def low in the afternoon but its all worth it!

No...I actually train between 5-5:30 every day. I am just trying to get my body to feed on my fat post workout. My muscles are loaded pre workout so my performance isn't off too much. Not to mention that by the next morning my muscles are super responsive to all the carbs I bring in. I know its a bit different but we will see how it goes!

So just got done with chest and I had the best chest workout I have had in a while! My new elbow compression sleeve helped sooo much! Well technically it was a compression sleeve for knees but that was the only one that fit. Lol. I also got some new workout shoes...not sure how this effects a chest workout but I do like them...a lot.

So on to my workout...

Exercise1 incline db press
110sx15
120sx12
130sx8

Exercise2 incline bp
235x15
235x15
235x15

Exercise3 flat db press
80sx20
90sx20
100sx15

Exercise4 superset incline db flys/dips
50x12/body weightx12
70x6/body weightx8

So as I said... I felt pretty good today. Vascularity was pretty nice today as well. I am getting more visible vascularity across my triceps and in the medial head of my quad. The separation in my legs is Getting pretty sharp and everyday that Christmas tree is coming in more and more! Hopefully the rest of this week keeps going in this direction!!
