RangeRs 7 month log from Diesel to Beast

I have a 7 month cycle plan as follows:

Diesel 30 mg ed, N2guard, forged steel/HCgenerate
PCT-Forma Stanzol, post cycle, unleashed, HCgen.

Bridge, Dermacrine

Break

Beast 30mg ed, N2guard, HCgen
PCT-Forma Stanzol, post cycle, unleashed, HCgen

Bridge, Dermacrine.

Height 5'9 Goal weight 225

I have a military/MMA background so I have nothing but lean muscle as of now. I faught origionaly at 145 then 155. I hate the way I look at these weights so Ive putt off competetion. My goal is decent strength but my focus is mass. I plan to bulk ALOT during diesel and harden it up with a beast cycle. The only sups I will be taking are listed above along with fish oil and force factor. The second round of N2 was sponsord by needtobuildmuscle.com (Thank you guys for the oppertunity) and I will be posting bloods at the end of the cycle.

I am pounding down food with Diesel :chomp:, trying take in as many healthy cals as possible with 7 meals ed with shakes in between. With both I will be using a protein combo of big blast and wheytobuild. My water intake will be rediculous along with cran juice. I will also be using need to sleep.

3-7 popping of the gear cherry... Day 1

Weight-180

Chest/Tri day, took 20 mg pre work out. Felt pretty good throughout the work out, not much different from my reg days , but its only day 1. I did notcie I had a little more drive and seemed to not gas as quickly putting up a few more reps. Dont know if thats the diesel or the psychological aspect of knowing im on. I feel a little hotter than usual and I cant stay full lol.. again dont know if thats the gear or just me. The mind is a powerful thing! Overall great day 1

Hey bro...So you sound exactly like me. I mean almost exact. I do MMA and compete at the 145 and 155 mark. I just ran 4 weeks of Beast at ONE capsule per day and gained TEN pounds without even trying. This includes 6 hours of intense cardio a week.

It was awesome but my question is when you bulk do you suffer during training? The extra mass just sucks the life out of my wind no matter what...That aprt just sucks so bad. You know how hard it is to train to be in shape for an MMA fight.

How do you deal with that?

Hope not bc then Im really off from my plan. Each one of those are a 30 day run..... Maybe the verbage i used is off 7month plan with two cycles lol

- No doubt it hurts it..... in a bad way. Of course when you go from throwing around 145 lbs to 200 theres gonna be a difference at first. The key is to lift but do not neglect cardio which is sometimes hard to do. Prime example is brock lesner, though I hate him, he runs around like a 155lber bc he has great cardio. My main skill set is muay thai followed by bjj, I notice it the most during bjj, I cant seem to get the same escapes or locks, it makes a huge diference in your game plan and I gas alot faster. The only reason I wont compete at my goal weight is bc of my height /reach... Im at a massive disadvantage at that weight, so I will continue to train and spar but I wont compete. If you start bulking and you dont want to suffer in the mma world, you must keep cardio up like a mad man. Your gains will be a bit slower but for every pound you put on your body will grow accustom to moving it. My muay thai is still deadly tho ;)
 
Baiscally....... 4 weeks diesel, 4 weeks pct, 4 weeks bridge/derma, 4 week break , then repeat with beast in place of diesel.


Day 2... Legs/core

Felt great today and I hate leg day so thats sayig alot! I did notice an increase in weight from last week as well as reps esp when it cam to leg press and squat. I think the biggest thing today was just the drive and extra push on those last reps, the kind that make you real light headed after and you try to remember what you ate for breakfest and how good its going to taste to re swallow it. I have been eating non stop since yesterday and I still feel hungry all the time. Over a gal of water along with cran. If day two feels this good i cant wait for mid cycle. I will post weight/rep increases the next week along with weigh ins every Mon.
 
Day 3- Back and biceps.

Probably the best felling day so far.. I felt like a beast. My sets were noticeably heavier than normal and my bicepts would not gas. I felt tons of pump in my biceps and the motivation factor was through the roof.My back saw a pretty dect increase in weight/reps as well , just not as noticable as the bis. Ive been feeding Diesel like needto told me like crazy and its paying off, everyone has noticed a def change in my size... it would be shame to not pack yourself with clean foods constantly.. I think I may be undershooting my goal weight even.

Day 4- Chest/Tri-It keeps getting better....... Im moving plates on top of plates and feeling great the whole time. I could have stacked more weight on it but my goal today was higher reps and thats exactly what I got. Next week Ill be able to tell you how much more weight/reps I am able to do, so we can see the actual progression this week Im using as my base. I had less food today bc I was extremely busy after the work out so post work out maybe 5 hrs later I had a pretty wicked headache but I got some food and a hydro in me and I was good to go. Im looking into adding some dmt into the mix to make it more like v1 ill update if that getas added in .
 
Day 5 -Legs/core- Plumping up pretty good eating 7 meals daily. No sides so far. I think I need to find a really good night time protein . I have been eatin a few hardboiled eggs before bed and drinking milk but I think having a good slow relase protein would do some good. Legs have been feeling great everytime I hit legs the there is noticeable weight/rep increases this time around recovery was outstanding.

Day6- Back/biceps- Partied a little hard the night before so I didnt get a good amount of sleep leading to feeling pretty sluggish all day. I hit biceps but not as hard as usual and skimped on my back. I was able to lift but my motivation and energy levels were low, so ill have to make up for it next time around. No work out today sundays are my off days, tomarrow starts week 2 and my first weigh in since on diesel. I will say eating clean and plenty is costly!!!!! But ive been very good about sticking to the diet.

Ill try to post up some pics going back to my fights at 145 which brings me to this Im 5'9 natural at 150ish and I can eat everything in sight not gaining a pound...It took alot to get to 180 day 1 of diesel weighed in today day 8 and was at 186. Not exactly sure how impressive that is on a roid scale, but like i said its tough for me to gain. Im sure if I threw in some need 2 slin i could tip the scales a bit more but what do you guys think.....?

Day8- Chest tri. Solid work out, I increased bench by 20 lbs and 3 reps per set over day 1. Pretty stoked about that. I saw increase in military press, incline, iso wide, seated dips. push downs all by at least 5-10 lbs and 3-5 reps per set. didnt see too much improvement in flys no clue why possibly bc chest was smoked by the time I got to them, but Im still pretty happy about the overall work out and results. As usual eating like a monster any girl i bring over is forced to cook somthing lmfao.... not sure if these are roid sides or randoms but Havin some crazy dreams/feelings while sleeping last dosage is about 6-8 hrs before I sleep and I have some deep muscle back pain. Not enough to make me worry or stop, but Im trying to be as detailed as possible with my experience.
