RangeRs 7 month log from Diesel to Beast

I figured I might want to do that I just fear I am so inactive after the work out and my work out is as soon as I get up after meal 1, that I wouldnt burn it off and turn it into fat.
 
Between the 2 cans of albacore, chunky soup (steak), 2-3 beef patties, 3-5 chicken tenderlions or fish baked I thought I had meats covered..... so how much am I lacking? and of what?
 
There is some info on my diet on page one but everything is backed or pan seared. I eat 6-7 times per day. A typical day would be

2 packs oat meal 1 banana 1 shake 3 scoops with 3 tbs of oats 1/4 heavy whipping cream and whole milk
couple spoons of nut butter post shake 3 scoops whole milk
1/2 cup pasta 2 cans albacore tuna
1 can chunky soup
Lean beef paties x2 a veggie usually broccoli 1/2 cup brown rice
Baked beer chicken tendrloins x3-4 a veggie or a baked fish (salmon, swordfish, talapia)

I do not drink anything but water all day 1 1/2 gal - 2 gal per day .... well beer too but c'mon ts bud select

Thats a typical day sometimes theres more but never less.
well, not tying to call you out, i was just basing off what you posted here... if you are getting in 3 beef patties instead of the 2 you put here that is good... also you went from 3-4 chicken tenderloins to 3-5 which is good too, but that still varies quite a bit...
a can of chunky soup can not be compared to eating a steak... i would swap the soup (which is loaded with unnecessary sodium and preservatives) for a good 1/2lb sirloin... even if you season it lightly you will be doing much better...
i would also try and get in one more serving of meat with breakfast... your not listing any eggs, so you could go that route, or like i have been doing, try some turkey sausage... foster farms make some delicious jumbo italian turkey sausages... i eat 2 for breakfast lately, each with 15g protein, plus my a.m. shake to get 50g fast on top of the sausage...
im not saying your diet is bad at all, just trying to help you get the best out of your cycle...
currently im eating about 2.5lbs of various lean meats... not including eggs... which i will admit i have been slacking on because i suck at cooking them...
 
No man call it like you see it lol I promise you wont hurt my feelings it all helps..... I will say I started out eating like my origional post but my hunger levels increased so I never eat less than that but its usally more. I do not have any morning meats at all so thats somthing to look into thats mainly due to time restraints and Im not sure of the fast frozen shit and how healthy they are. The eggs I completely forgot about, I do usually eat about 3-4 hard boiled eggs before bed as a slow protein but its very inconsistant. The chunky soup is again time restraints, I know its nothing like good steak but it was the best I could pull out in mid day. Taste is somthing that doesnt bother me too much , I mean Im x army ive eaten some questtionable shit lol..... Today Ive consumed 1.5 lb of lean beef already and I still have about 3 meals left. You suck at cooking them throw them bitches i a pot of water and call it a day lol.. best way to eat them.
 
Last week of diesel Im upping the dose to 40 mg for the last week I know its only a week but I feel like i can take it. My thoughts so far on it is that it truly lives up to its rep of being a mass gainer over strength. I saw an increase in both but the size is def noticable. Ive put on almost 20 lbs from start to now and my diet was not as complete as it could be for a proper protein regiment. I am confident with a "perfect diet" with the right proteins the gains from this product could be huge. Its very tough for me to put on weight so to get 20lbs is amazing. i do have pics finally but havent got to photo bucket yet will do asap. The proof is in the pics I didnt even notice it as much untill i compared to my prior pics. Everyomne has noticed i pop up on chick radar dily and even got a couple job offers based purely on "the look" no joke. Next week will be boring to track bc I will only be on pct, then bridge with derma. but soon we will get to beast!!!!! 30mg /day
