Thanks brother!- I will try to get pics I meant to do that yesterday and lost it. I found a pic from my weight at 155 then 160 Ive been trying to find one from 145 in my earlier fights.

? For anybody whats a good weight gain for someone on diesel wekk over week? I know all body types are different and its diet based but Ive provided alot of info on here to give you guys a good idea so Im just curious what the range would be.

its hell on your joints.. does that include hips or just knees?
I though epi would be less then beast.... guess i was off on that one sorry bren. I just saw alot less joint complaints on epi then beast. I havent seen anyone complaining about hips only knee pain, back pain, head aches, and some randoms on arms elbow wrist ect.

Ranger, keep hitting hard ,my man. Your doing great, don't get discouraged, you WILL gain muscle weight. Like I said before, your diet has alot to do with it, stick with baked foods, grilled ,and those shakes you've been on BigBlast. I know we kinda have the same goals, so keep it up brother. I would like to see some pics also, if you get a chance.
Hopefully , you get that little gift coming your way.. ssshhhh!!

There is some info on my diet on page one but everything is backed or pan seared. I eat 6-7 times per day. A typical day would be

2 packs oat meal 1 banana 1 shake 3 scoops with 3 tbs of oats 1/4 heavy whipping cream and whole milk
couple spoons of nut butter post shake 3 scoops whole milk
1/2 cup pasta 2 cans albacore tuna
1 can chunky soup
Lean beef paties x2 a veggie usually broccoli 1/2 cup brown rice
Baked beer chicken tendrloins x3-4 a veggie or a baked fish (salmon, swordfish, talapia)

I do not drink anything but water all day 1 1/2 gal - 2 gal per day .... well beer too but c'mon ts bud select

Thats a typical day sometimes theres more but never less.
