R-ala and glucose control

HouseMaster

Is there any data that might indicate a diabetic would get "better" glycemic control taking r-ala? I have noticed my average glucose is a little higher on cycle and wondered if I might add this to bring it back down to ~100-110.

type II yes...

type I... not enough data and depends on other factors aside from diabetes.. if obese.. or even overweight... should have impact and allow for lower dosages to be used.

though should definitely be done with doctors consent and supervision.. perhaps educating them as well in the process for the benefit of his/her other patients
