I've been a lurker for a while now but I am going to start actively posting....There are a lot of knowledgeble people on this board...I'm 6'2 240lbs and I want a crash diet for new years...just trying to lose about ten.....I have bought some liquid clen and and plan on taking that, running 2 miles a day and fasting is that the best plan if I'm trying to drop ten in 4 days, I know its not the heathiest thing to do but I just want to drop the weight quick and I plan to get on a more reasonable plan after the new years any help would be greatly appreciated.
