Quick Question About Blood Pressure & Heart Rate

Yeah the g/f issue is on its way to calming down and being over and done with the fall out of moving all my stuff out and whatnot. I have been doing 45 mins of cardio at least on a stationary bike 5-7 times a week as well as playing basketball outdoors 3-4 times a week. Then Ive obviously been hitting the weights allot more since i have more free time being out of the relationship so its MUCH more consistent, one of the reasons i started the test/mast cycle now because even though i was still lifting through the relationship, now i can really lock it in and have no reasons to miss workouts.

I suppose I will start taking the Clonodine, even though I heard it was kind of not that great for you and can have some sides.

Yeah, take the Clonodine, all meds have some kind of sides. I'm sure you watch your diet, but make sure its really in check. Minimal salt because the test can make you hold water. That is the main reason BP gets high (holding water). I'm no Doc. but every one I went to for my BP issues swears stress dont elevate BP. I tend to disagree, but I'm no Doc. Just make sure you cover all your basis, BP is no joke. I personally dont think your BP is all that high, but for your age it is, especially the bottom number. That is the one you REALLY have to watch because that's what causes strokes and heart attacks. I'm saying combat it now, so you do not have to deal with severe problems when you get older.

The thing that bothers me is the fact that apparently my levels are always slightly elevated and the doc isnt sure why. I can be eating minimal sodium, doing cardio on a bike or low impact 6 days a week, getting full nights sleep, and have everything under control but yet the numbers are still always on the slightly high side.

The next thing mentioned was a diuretic to drop some water to help lower the BP...They said this is one of the first lines of defense, so I may be getting a script or OTC one to see if it helps.
