Quick Gyno Question

I recently got rid of the early stages of Gyno in both nipples (small painful lumps) using 20mg/day Nolva. So now its come back in my right nipple accompanied by a tingly pulsing pain behind my nipple and also my right arm at the same time!! Has anyone else heard of this kind of pain?? Cheers guys.

how long were you on the nolvadex? You may have had a rebound effect.

You should run nolva at 20mgs 3 times a day (total 60mgs/day) for 4-6 weeks (till lump is gone).
Then, lower dose to 20mgs 2 times/day (total 40mgs/day) for another 4-6 weeks...
then, lower to 20mgs once daily for another 4-6 weeks.

In the future, try running at least 10mgs nolva/day with your cycles to keep gyno away (20mgs/day if you are running higher doses-like 1 gram/week, etc.).

Shit man, thats a high dose to be running so long??? Even cancer sufferers dont take that much! Would it not make sense to just continue use until the test has cleared my system? 20mg/day got rid of it just fine, i just missed a few days cos I went away to a big 3day/night clubbing event!

You're right, the "standard" dose is 20mgs/day...for 5 YEARS! You're not staying on for 5 years are you? Take it however you want then and good luck.
