Well looks my like my 5x5 plan for next week is shattered. Our coach has us lifting on sunday, tuesday, and thursday from 6pm-9pm throughout july. I'm not sure if we're required to do there workout plan, but i'm pretty sure that our whole team has to do the same regiment. If I am allowed to do 5x5 then do you think that doing it on sunday, tuesday, and thursday would be any different from monday wednesday friday?
