Question on my 5x5 program

I have been doing a 5x5 militiary press on mondays and incline bench on wednesday and I was wondering if this is ok to do...... My program looks like this.

Monday

Squat 5x5
Bench 5x5
Row 5x5
Military press 5x5
Weighted situps 3 sets
Weighted Hypers 3 sets

Wednesday

Squat 5x5
Deadlift 5x5
Incline 5x5
Chins 3 or 4 sets to failure
BB Curls 3x8

Friday

Squat 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Row 5x5
Close Grip Press 3x8
Skull Crushers/Dips 3x8

All of the 5x5 is done Bill Starr style for intermediate lifters. I just completed my second week and things are going well thus far :)

Anyway how does this look?

No I will be honest I have not run the basic program for 8 weeks.....I guess I should pick doing military press or incline and not do both. I love doing Incline press and Military press and I hate not doing any direct shoulder work.

is doing 1 extra 5x5 exercise that bad? I am use to alot of high volume.

Thanks for any responses......

I suppose it depends how heavy your lifts are also ;). I prefer MP over incline, jmho though. I would put MP on wed, incline on fri or mon, when you start to stall on a lift, drop the incline.

Just pick 1 or the outher, doing MP after bench might be overdoing it slightly. I can't see you making much progress on MP's after doing 5 sets of bench. Do MP's on a wednesday instead of Inclines, MP is better than inclines anyway.
