I have been doing a 5x5 militiary press on mondays and incline bench on wednesday and I was wondering if this is ok to do...... My program looks like this.
Monday
Squat 5x5
Bench 5x5
Row 5x5
Military press 5x5
Weighted situps 3 sets
Weighted Hypers 3 sets
Wednesday
Squat 5x5
Deadlift 5x5
Incline 5x5
Chins 3 or 4 sets to failure
BB Curls 3x8
Friday
Squat 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Row 5x5
Close Grip Press 3x8
Skull Crushers/Dips 3x8
All of the 5x5 is done Bill Starr style for intermediate lifters. I just completed my second week and things are going well thus far
Anyway how does this look?
