question for guys under 8% BF...

i dropped from 13% down to 10% with diet alone in 10 weeks. Then I began to feel a plateau and my weight and the mirror stayed the same for a couple weeks, so at that point I began cardio at 30mins first thing in the morning 5 days per week. After 4 weeks of cardio Im now down to about 7-8%. Im going to start double sessions 3 days per week over the next 3 weeks and try to get down to about 6%. I think it will be the hardest fat loss yet, going from around 8 to 6%. I didnt lose any strength since adding the cardio and Im currently at 205lbs. Last year, when I had my pic taken in my avatar I was about 9% and 200lbs, so I really feel that I have everything on point this year.

Nice work bro. I here ya ... loosing any overweight BF is easy. Its getting below your regular lean BF that is hard. I went from 17% to 12% in 7 wks. I am trying to get leaner now, and I have hit a huge plateau with diet alone. Any more of a deficit and I will wilt away. I am adding some supps in. GOnna swap t-rex with clen 2 on 2 off, with am high intensity cardio and see where it takes me.

I think having taken my time at it really made it a lot easier for me. I did a bodyfat anylsis at the local university and was 11% and felt fat as all fucking hell. That was last summer. I bulked and then dieted for like 3 weeks that summer and got down around 10% I think. I lightly bulked a little more this winter and then dieted for 7 weeks. The best part is the visible veins running all over my quads right up near my crotch (you're welcome for the visual). I never had those before. I'll now try to maintain this for the summer then bulk in the fall some and then try to diet down for a competition. I said all that for two reasons:

1) I'm stoned and can't stop typing.
2) I've been told that to diet down to 4-5% it's easiest if you start at around 10% or so and take a good 12-16 weeks. I was hoping to start at like 8-9% and go for 12 weeks, slo-o-o-o-o-wly.

So, anyways, I hope that if I keep doing what I've been doing I'll be good to go for getting down to 4-5%, but if others have found starting at a higher bf % makes it easier then I'd like to hear it please.
 
I went from 13% to 4% in 16 weeks, with very little cardio, none towards the end, it was all diet.
I just started again at 13%, and in 3 weeks am down to 10% with no cardio, thats the fastest I have ever dropped
 
Mavy, I havent even added clen in yet, I think you might know that already, but Im hoping that it will definately help to get me down to 6%, or maybe even lower. Ive never been this low before in my life so Im pretty geeked up about it. My diet this year really kicks ass, the best part is its not a zero carb diet, so my carb cravings arent crazy like they were last year with the really low carb high fat diet. I wish more people would realize that you can cut up into the lower single digit body fat percent while eating carbs and some fat, it really doesnt mess with your head as much. I feel so much more fuller, muscle wise also. Mavy your gonna have to shoot me an email letting me know how your making out using the clen and the trex, also the high intensity cardio, Ive been meaning to try it to see how it is but I keep finding myself on the treadmill at a high ass incline wlking for 30-35 mins, oh god how I love that.

After an injury...soccer I was around 12%(Fat for me)

Thanks to DNP at 1000mgs/day for 7 days, I was at 8% in roughly 14 days.

Damn, I LOVE THAT COMPOUND!!!! :)

Well Fonz, that is definately awesome results. I personally will never use DNP, I would rather take my time with diet and other supps than use something that harsh on the body. I dont know why you had to drop bodyfat that fast, im guessing for soccer, but I dont have any reason to drop fat that fast.
