i dropped from 13% down to 10% with diet alone in 10 weeks. Then I began to feel a plateau and my weight and the mirror stayed the same for a couple weeks, so at that point I began cardio at 30mins first thing in the morning 5 days per week. After 4 weeks of cardio Im now down to about 7-8%. Im going to start double sessions 3 days per week over the next 3 weeks and try to get down to about 6%. I think it will be the hardest fat loss yet, going from around 8 to 6%. I didnt lose any strength since adding the cardio and Im currently at 205lbs. Last year, when I had my pic taken in my avatar I was about 9% and 200lbs, so I really feel that I have everything on point this year.
