Question about workout routines???

Everyone has their "trouble spot" where they have the highest concentration of fat cells and that is where you just have to keep your diet & training going to get that last bit of fat down. YES is great stuff to help, but yep, its all about the diet, regardless of how lean you are in other areas.

I'm doing better now with my diet than I have ever before. I'm eating protein at each meal and carbs with morning and evening meal. I eat alot of veggies (non starchy, mostly salad vegetables). I eat fruit about 2 x a day. I eat 5 small meals a day and drink tons of water. I feel better now than I have in a long time, I feel more in control. I'm a carb junkie so I have to be really careful.

Its a beautiful thing aint' it?

And it doesn't have to be "DIE" w/ a T....

Yes it is and no it doesn't have to be. I'm not super strict with myself, I think if I am I will cheat just to defy it. (Yep that's me rebellious). But by allowing the leg room I don't feel the need to have the things I know I shouldn't eat or eat much of.

So you work your tri's and chest on the same day? I was told that I should work my shoulders when I do my chest and tri's,I'm not sure about if I should or not.

This combination has worked for me because when training certain groups one indirectly works others... eg. in doing back or chest you work indirectly shoulders.
Therefore as back is a large muscle I combine it with a small one (shoulders). When working chest one also targets indirectly the arms, that is why I also do it that day.

I know what you are talking about. I worked my chest yesterday and could tell I worked my shoulders and arms a little.
