I'm telling you - she was chatting it up with another guy or guys, testing the water to see if she was going dump you and date someone else and when she decided that another guy wouldn't be a step up she called you shitfaced in a panic that it was going to be over with you. Now she's trying to manipulate you into feeling like you did before so she won't find herself boyfriendless on her birthday.

Trust me she will never be without a guy and she will get married in the next 6 years.
