as are the gayle hatch videos, but their quality isnt as good.

how light did you powerclean when working on technique? i find i have to be at least 40% of max to get the same kind of movements which replicate my heavy lifts

Thanks for the vids!

I was doing 95. My max right now is 185 roughly, mostly because I am really just pulling straight to my clavicles and flipping the bar. I figure I could be doing 225 pretty easy if my form wasn't shite.
 
ride every power clean into a full front squat immediately after the catch. this helps improving the catching position. at least for me it did.
