sust has its place in bb cos the prop/isoprop is fast acting..

You may want to heat up the gear a bit before injects. I did this w/ sust, using two methods. A hot water bath, until you see the gear rise a bit in the amp. Or you can pop open the amp, and then light a lighter underneath, just so the oils start warming. Once you see a little rising, pull away the flame and load up the pin. Inject it soon, before it cools too much. This will help reduce pain. And get one of those hand massagers to keep on it during the day or evening while you watch tv. Helps.

Try sticking it in your ass dude, less pain, i did quads few times and went thru hell. Almost needed walkers. I quess you could try sticking something else there but not sust.
But you know best, learn from experience, do few more shots and if that doesnt work out try sticking glutes bro, all the best.

I also do quad shots, and they always hurt like hell. Putting a heat pad on afterwards helps some, but not much. I have no choice, though: I'm not flexible enough to stick and aspirate anywhere else.

I stuck my glute with Winstrol a couple weeks ago, and I don't know what I did but I was in more pain than any quad shot I'd ever done. I know how ya feel bro, I couldn't walk right for over a week and I had to tell people I pulled an ass muscle playing raquetball or something.

I take Sust all the time in the quads and it never hurts, after a quad shot I wrap the leg with an ACE bandage directly over the injection site. A little soreness the next day but nothing really painful.

I remember when I used T-400, I literally was walking around like an invalid.

I was eating like crazy, working out like a madman, and all I gained was fat. I wonder if I was just shooting alcohol...
