i use cinnabuns whey ..

I wasnt fully awake yet when i read that. I thought it said "I use cannabis"

Oh, man. This is absolutely delicious and my new favorite high protein treat.

Here's my twist on this....

Shake it for about five minutes. The first time I made these I shook it for seven or eight minutes and I let it sit a few minutes. It was rather frozen haha. Five minutes of shaking then let it sit for a minute or two should be money.

I used Chocolate PB Whey To Build Muscle for this. After I put the choco BP ice cream in the bowl I added full fat Redi Whip and two tbsp of sugar free chocolate syrup. I used unsweetened almond milk for the mix, but fat free milk would probably work just as well.

Everyone should try this out. It's a little work, but it's so worth it. This is unbelievably good.
