Believe it or not eating will start to stimulate your appetite. You just have to eat even if you not hungry like every 2-3 hrs and sometimes you may throw it back up cause it happens. I have found that after awhile of doing this your body will get use to it and you will start getting hungry if you miss one of those mieals or late eating it.
