Pumped and sore forearms.

LoneTree

New member
My forearms are pumped and a little sore most of the time. More than any other part of my body.
Is it good or bad?
I do need them bigger. This is the reason I always wore long sleeves.
I am on 750mg of AAS per week (Deca, Tren & Eq).
My strength is increasing although I am not bulking that much yet.

Any expert to answer my question?
Thanks

could be strained due to weak grip.. i had this problem when i first started lifting (not to say ure a noob) but i continually stretched them and got over the problem after quite sometime though

Are they just pumped and sore, or are they sore from tendon and ligament strain like an over use injury? I love pumped and sore! But, over the years I have had a few over use injuries in my wrists.

No, they are just a little sore like you get after work up (doesn't bother me at all). No tendon or ligament pain.
I was just wondering if I am over-training them.
I have also started to see some bulking (after 5-6 weeks!)

it possible that your muscle fascia is tight. This is one of the biggest factors limiting growth, particularly in calves and forearms. this seems like the most likely case, because of the "pump issue" that you describe.

i get that pump issue in my forearms all the time, although mine are pretty big. i get it in my calves too when i just walk around, unfortunately nothing seems to make them want to grow, whereas my forearms just kind of grow when i look at them

they even got pumped tonight, and all i was doing was using a jigsaw to cut a hole in a board to build a speaker box

hopefully this would contribute to bigger and stronger forearms. I know a guy who had some painful pumps from insulin in his forearms and they grew like hell from it

Don't take me wrong. Pain is not bad at all. I was just concerned that pump and a little soreness lasts much longer than any other body part.
I guess I have tight fascia.
I have started to see a little bulking, though.
I definitely don't need pills. It is nothing like tendinitis or fascitis.

I love the pump I get on my forearms, they're by far my favorite muscle to work. I've noticed before I ever started saucing that I get bigger and longer lasting pumps in my forearms than any other muscle. I wouldn't worry about it. Forearm splints are a bitch though.
