I have noticed being off cycle 6 months i have to work out the bodyparts with higher reps and lighter weights to get " the pump ".
Plus i have to take less time between sets and keep moving through each excersize to keep the blood in the muscle.But when I do get the pump going its wonderfull watching the muscle swell and feeling the tightness.
I often heard other guys complain of the same thing .
What do you guys use to increase the pump while off (or on)cycle?
No2,sugar during workout,cab loads,super sets,drop sets,volume training ?
Don't get me wrong i get a decent pump now but its not like what its been when on
