Pump apperance

I have noticed being off cycle 6 months i have to work out the bodyparts with higher reps and lighter weights to get " the pump ".
Plus i have to take less time between sets and keep moving through each excersize to keep the blood in the muscle.But when I do get the pump going its wonderfull watching the muscle swell and feeling the tightness.

I often heard other guys complain of the same thing .
What do you guys use to increase the pump while off (or on)cycle?
No2,sugar during workout,cab loads,super sets,drop sets,volume training ?

Don't get me wrong i get a decent pump now but its not like what its been when on

chazk, drop sets, last set 12 reps and creatine do it for me. the pump has a strong psychological effect on me.

well amp has given me the best pumps ever so far...have yet to try unleashed but I think that will give some insane pumps as well....

i have not used this product but if needto says its ok then it is ok. i dont think it is muscletech or out of the pages of flex. lol. i think nelson and omegas products are legit too. if not, you know where you can find them. i am going to use dermacrin for pct next cycle and i will be ordering my protein from the protein factory. i too am a very incredulous sort but i think these guys know their shit. just dont expect miracles with anything this side of aas and even with that you have to work your ass off and eat clean.

Im beginning to think he meant Amplify02, one of OMEGAs products. Not to compare but I was foolish enough to get Nano Vapor by MuscleTech and I could not have been more disappointed. Good pump first three of four workouts but they slated off to nothing. Last three workouts with the stuff before the jug was gone i got nada.

ill throw in drop sets in the picture i might even go as high as 15-20 reps
I'm glad to see i'm not the only one that has a psychological reaction to the pumps

If I cant feel the pump happening then i get bummed out and have actually left the gym in the middle of a work out thinking it just isnt my day

I prob use creatine have not used its in years so maybe i forgot how good it is.

I'll need to see whats in amp if its caffine i can use it becuase It disrupts my sleeping patterns

we have all been there. needto will stand behind his products...literally. he has a standing agreement, if it doesnt work,he gives you a blowjob. ( you have to pay for round trip air fair and all expenses, up front) :rainbow: :rainbow: :rainbow: + he bites your pecker right before you get off. :)

use the creatine with 40 gm of dextrose on empty stomach on non training day and immediatlly after training......lots of water. hey, it aint anavar or dbol but it helps.

I think a full dose only has the amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee. Its not bad at all.
 
Not to be gay but a legal supplement that mkes me pump up is Gakic from Muscle Tech. For real.

It's just sugar and NO2 bro. Yeah, it'll help a little. But VIGOR blows it away.
 
Preworkout l-arginine 8 grams
3 grams creatine
5 grams taurine

This is cheap and definatley effective.
 
Well since ive never been on cycle I can tell you how I have to achieve a pump every time.

1. I have to keep my reps between 6-10.
2. About 30 secs rest between each set
3. supersets and drop sets on occasion for shock
4. I cant talk to anybody really i have to keep moving through the diff excersizes to keep the blood in there.
5. try to squeeze the muscle im working on the last 1-2 reps sometimes get a spotter if i know i wanna do a week where i make 1-3 forced reps.

Stuff like that gives me insane pumps and all i do is try to eat a fairly decent diet i take creatine and glutamine and protien powders as a staple suppliment. but for protien i only do maybe 1-2 shakes per day just to help the intake if i have a busy day or somethin.

mind=muscle connection and if i dont get a good pump almsot everytime i wanna break stuff and just leave the gym becuz i feel like i wasted time and that aint no shit niether
 
Omega's stack do it for me. Amplify02, G-covery and RawMCC. I'm sure Vigor from PF will do it too but haven't tried it yet. I'm even thinking in trying Omega's stack plus Vigor...damn!

Both have a couple of the same ingredients -- NO2 and a touch of caffeine (which enhances NO2). So you'll get a double dose of each. ( VIGOR's caffeine is from guarana. )

Amp02 also has creatine, vinpocitine (for mental clarity) and aminos.

VIGOR is more of a blood builder containing CAREO (the only supplement which does) and other blood fortifiers.

Together they should kick ass.

OFF cycle supps I take that help are CREATINE and NO2,,,that AAS induced pump sure spoils you.

Creatine, NO2 do help and of course, you need carbs to get a pump. But check out VIGOR. Taken with BIG BLAST (which a lot of guys use to maintain size PC) it really is the closest thing to a anabolic androgenic steroids pump.

And yeah, keeping reps in the 12-15 range with 30 sec rest in-between sets works great and is harder than it sounds.
