Not sure if you guys have tried this before but the theory was put forward that you could blend up low fat ice cream, a banana and protien powder into a nice thick blend, whack it in the freezer and you would have a low fat, low carb, high protien ice cream dessert. So being the ever valiant guinea pig i have just finished the blending process [using banana flavour powder] and am currently freezing the concotion. Tomorrow night, we sample...
