Protein to mix in water without gagging?

I've never tried it but i'de give it a shot. I'm not so much concerned with the cals as i am the fat and obviously bloating ect.
Does it bloat you at all?

It's lactose free so I doubt you'll bloat or get the runs.

Milk tears me up and I've never had any issues with almond milk.

My vote for this goes for ON whey protein. All I drink for protein is Optimum Nutrition. I usually drink it with milk, but on the days I have to drink it after school, before I hit the gym I have to drink it with water and it still tastes great. I've tried half of the flavors and I would say my favorites are the Coffee flavor and Mocha Cappucino. The coffee flavor tastes just like sweetened coffee with creamer. Good stuff!

I use WTBM in Cupcake Batter and Ice Cream Sandwich, and have only ever mixed them in water. Both are outstanding! I also mix strawberries or blueberries in the cupcake batter, and it tastes like strawberry or blueberry shortcake. Mix a banana in, and it tastes just like banana nut bread. Mix the banana in the ice cream sandwich, and it taste like a banana split!

So many possibilities with Needto's products!

Never had the misfortune of trying a protein that tasted terrible. With that said, Betancourt's Big Blend is delicious (white chocolate especially) as are the Gaspari Myofusion flavors.

i've dropped all dairy and all simple carbs for the past month, down 12 lbs, with no hunger or cravings, 300-400 carbs per day, all complex.. thanks to lentals ive had steady energy and great bowel movements. ha..

1 cheat day, although it comes down to 2 meals on that one day..

200g of protein..

no shakes..

I've tried alot of stuff and its all good in milk but in water it just gets well.....watery and its a texture thing. I have used ON for years primarily but have used things like NTBM, Protein factory, Isopure, ect ect. As I said I've been using ON's Hydro Whey for a while now. I'll try a scoop later in water and see. I'm also getting some almond milk to try.

myofusion is definitely some of the best tasting protein I've tried with water(tastes just like a milkshake with milk though). The trick with mixing protein and water is mix in as little water as possible to get a concentrated flavor.
