pros and mod pleasehelp with contest diet

i am competeing in my first show in three weeks. i'm not sure about my diet. i am 5'11-6' i wiegh right now 252 at about 5-7% body fat. i am using AS so that does effect the diet stratgie. i just got in to the world of body building about 9months ago. my diet is 600-800grm of protien aday 200-300 from shakes, the rest from whole foods egg whites, lean steak, chicken, tuna, and fish. i eat broclli with 3-4 of my meals my carbs are around 30-50 aday glucose tabs after my work out with post-work out shake the rest residual. i lift 4days on 1 day off. i do 1hr of cardio each day. when taking that much protein and with alow amount of carbs and fats will i be able to carb load before my show our is the protien be stored as glycagin. of would i go about carb loading without radicaly changing my diet or do i need to make a bigg change. oh god please help desprit.
