Proposition for the Teens

I really went downhill like the past month... i strained a ligament in between my sholder and pec and basically couldn't do anything for awhile.. on top of that i drank almost every night... i'm trying to cut now
 
I pretty much forgot about this contest when i went on vacation and pretty much drank/shroomed/smoked every night for 2 weeks so today is my 1 week anniversary back, I dont have Before pics anymore either my comp had to be reformatted, so I probably shouldn't be a part of this anymore but I am gonna throw some shit up to be critiqued later with my routine anyway okay later
 
Seems like we've all been slacking. Haha oh well, i'm glad there is another week tho, i actually stopped drinking and started alot of cardio.
 
lol i started double session for football.....9am - 6 pm every day.... and 1/4 of that is conditioning/cardio.... hehehe =) lol..im loosing all my fat...=)
 
I havent slacked off at all, i've gone up in everything and lost 8lbs of fat my first week and gained 11lbs of muscle since then. And everythings gone up but i dont know how ill compare to some of you guys, but we'll see.

Upper arms 15.5 (been a while since last time I measured them but probably bigger now)
Chest 43/44 inches (somewhere there)
waist 35 (yes im fat)
legs 24.5
calves 15 (again, been a while since measured, im poretty sure they are .5 bigger)

iam not 10% by any means, though I could just post pics to get criticised

dont worry about being super lean bro,this was mainly a thing so we would all push ourseleves and work towards a goal,Im not 10% either but Im not a fat kid and I still post pics

i just found this, if the site gets up i might post up some pics if its not too late. my bulker just started so cut abs is a definite no.as it stands right now though

arms:17" cold and sort of flexed
chest: (if chest does not include shoulders) at least 44", what i used to measure ran out of length by a decent amount, if chest includes shoulders then a lot because my shoulders are large
legs: 26" (they just won't grow)
calves:16.5" (see excuse for legs :) )
these numbers just kind of grow each day as well as i am bulking, byt he time i am done bulkind i will add a lot to my legs as i am going to start working them hard.......tomorrow lol

i lost a little bit of weight in the big house of sheriff joe, but i should be coming in pretty darn big for whenever the date is.
 
Ive been fucking the dog with training,gained about 14lbs since late sept,but also some fat,im gonna start cutting a bit and work on being overall athletic as opposed to shootin for 200+

Prove the second part of your comment. Up to this point it holds no water what so ever.
 
What is the point of taking roids if you dont plan to compete in the IFBB. In my mind there are 2 kinds of weight lifters. Natural and juice heads. No inbetween crap saying I only take a little. If you plan to make a living compeeing that is fine. But if you take roids to get bigger so you look better at the beach that is dumb. There are guys bigger than most roids takers who are natural. How do they do it cause they are dedicated. there workouts are more intense. I am not trying to insult any one i am only trying to make you guys look at what you are doing and how much roids can damage your health.

that still didnt prove that it messes up your whole life.

You can blame society for the desire to be muscle bound.
 
i am going to need a rain check for myself. i was able to spend 4 days in the gym this month. i should be half decent in in the middle of this month when i get back from vacation. if this makes me out, then i lose.
 
Im out,I hurt my hamstring in sept and havent trained right since,I did manage to add some weight ,but more bf then I wanted aswell
 
Just post up pics if and when you feel like it. It's be like a ladder tournament. At any given time you will rank at a certain place. You can always post new pics to try to improve your standing, and can lose standing if and when other people below you post pics that are better.
 
Hmmm, I just realized it was suppose to happen Aug of 2004 haha.

So another one a brewing ?
