Proposition for the Teens

I really went downhill like the past month... i strained a ligament in between my sholder and pec and basically couldn't do anything for awhile.. on top of that i drank almost every night... i'm trying to cut now
 
I pretty much forgot about this contest when i went on vacation and pretty much drank/shroomed/smoked every night for 2 weeks so today is my 1 week anniversary back, I dont have Before pics anymore either my comp had to be reformatted, so I probably shouldn't be a part of this anymore but I am gonna throw some shit up to be critiqued later with my routine anyway okay later
 
Seems like we've all been slacking. Haha oh well, i'm glad there is another week tho, i actually stopped drinking and started alot of cardio.
 
lol i started double session for football.....9am - 6 pm every day.... and 1/4 of that is conditioning/cardio.... hehehe =) lol..im loosing all my fat...=)
