CEO what kinda facilities you need to house a franchise gym? I'm sure they have pretty strict regulations. This came about from half the county wanting me to train kids for football this summer. Gotta a buddy fresh home from Iraq, wants to get his hands into some diffrent kinda stuff. Ngr got his ass turned green working contract jobs for the goverment for 5 years and is ready to invest it.

if you're looking to do training, why not just open a studio. a lot of people are renting 2000 square locations and doing pt stuff out of it. hosting classes that kinda thing

knot true...our rates only increased slightly at my gym/client and the increase in membership due to the increased accessibility for 2nd and 3rd shifters went through the roof...totally worth the additional cost (in our case anyway).
 
gotz to sell the supps and press it bigtime if you want it to stay open. My gym was struggling, i finally convinced the owner to start selling any and everything, even soda pop, he's finally turning a profit
