Hey,

I threw together a quick page to show my progress over the last few months.
I started at 370 - 380 lbs with over 42% bodyfat at 6'2".
Currently I am around 300 - 305 lbs with sub 30% body fat.

I did a few cycles of ECA, that's about it besides Exercise, Clean diet and lots of protein. :)
I'll update this every month or so, I'm aiming to be sub-20% bodyfat by summer. I'd like to remain above 260 lbs and just keep working on leaning out.

wow bro that impressive . keep it up .. its good you realized where you where at at had to change it .. obesity runs in my family and a lot of health problems arise from that shit .. huge improvement in not a lot of time stick with it and give it another year and you will be a completely different person

I started the All Natural Peanut Butter diet about 5 days ago, which has brought me under 300 lbs.
This week i'm starting a new plan too. M - W - F, 5x5 Program(full body). And 3 days a week I'll do some HIT training and core work.
I also play floor hockey on Mondays.

I'd like to pick up some Creatine and R-ASA for after workouts too. (Already got glutamine).
So if anyone has a suggestion for a good creatine or if it even matters. I was thinking Purple-K just cause I see it everywhere, lol.

I'll post up how the results turnout for this.

I went off the ANPB diet after 5 days.. couldn't hack the no energy and extremely empty feeling after a good workout.
I am down to 295 lbs now though. :)

My next goal is to be size 38 jeans by New Years (Currently size 40).

Long Term Goal: Around 260 lbs with below 15%bf by December 2009.. By the summer would be awesome ;)
 
excellent progress! stay motivated and keep at it. then again that's easier said than done eh? good luck.:)

Don't be put off by the fact the more fat you lose, the harder the rest becomes to lose and the loss rate will slow down a bit!

I must say at 6'2 with little bf and 260lbs, that's quite a lot of quality muscle. Maybe a very good long term goal but it will take at least a year as minimum.

I'm getting another bf reading on the 15th, so will take some new pics then also.
So glad I've been taking pics. I look at myself in the mirror every day, so it's only slight differences I see.
Look at pictures I'm like, wow.. that was me??

Alright, got my body fat test done today on one of those Tanita Scales(just the one you stand on, doesnt have the part you hold on to).
I am not sure how accurate these are but this was the stats:
Weight: 291.4 lbs
BF%: 30.9
Fat-Free: 201.4 lbs
Fat: 90 lbs

Was hoping bf% would be a little less, but it might not be since my training and diet was off during the holidays.
Current Routine:
M-W-F
5 Min Warmup On Treadmill
5x5 Full Body
Rotator Cuff Exercises
HIIT Cardio

TU-TH-SA
30 - 45mins regular Cardio
Abs
Rotator Cuff Exercises

Supplements Currently Taking
- Multi
- Creatine
- Protein
- Glutamine
- BCAAs
- Krill Oil
- Cal Mag Zinc
- Vitamin C

Will Be Adding
- L-Carnitine

Very good and realistic progress. Keep it up man, you should be proud of what you reached till now, that should give you motivation to reach up more.

Since middle of Jan.. so 1 month I'm down another almost 12 lbs of fat. Maintained muscle mass. :)
Weight is at 279 lbs.
Supps are:
Protein

Routine:
M - W - F
Full Body 5x5
Rotator Cuff Movements
DB Shrugs
19min HIIT Cardio on Bike

T - Th - Sa
35 - 45 min on Treadmill

Diet is clean, 6+ meals a day.. Casein before bed.

I'll try to take some updated pics today if I can find my camera, lol.

I got my body fat tested today. 1 Caliper test read 21%bf, 2nd read 23%, and the tanita scale read 27%.
