Not a lot of traffic in the other sections so i'll throw this up here too...
Thought I'd bring you guys up to date on my diet...
It's been 2 weeks and i'm down to 201 from 208... haven't cheated yet except last night I had a couple glasses of crystal lite (i usually try and stay away) and for some reason i felt bloated as f*ck so I don't know why I took pics last night....lol... but here goes anyhow. Haven't cheated on the diet yet (except for the crystal lite) and I feel as though my abs have tightened just a little bit?

I've also ordered some levorex which should be coming in pretty soon... any other suggestions are welcomed and appreciated! I hope 6-8 more weeks of this and I'll be at a low enough body fat that I can start my first cycle!!!!!

Looking good bro. Your upper abs are comming out, and your lower stomach is firming out. You seem to have gained some definition on your lower pecs as well. nice work.

thanks... feel like i'm shrinking! it's only been two weeks too but it feels like this whole diet thing is taking forever to see results! haven't cheated yet though (now that crystal lite isn't cheating thanks dbbt!!)

I really should get my bodyfat tested though...that would be the smart thing. Just not sure where to go as i don't really trust the caliper yeilding 98lb trainers with I.L.S. walking around my gym like they were bred from a mix of Ronnie and Dorian.... brutal... I figure i'm around 15-18%, plan is to throw in the levorex and try and get down to 10% before i hit the sauce!

Another note: Are you running anything........like Adex, Aromasin, Nolva, etc....
 
You asked for input...I'll let you know what my thoughts are. I don't know if your trying to compete or are just going for a certain 'look'. I'll comment on your diet first as it is the most important:

** I made changes to it here - so just compare it to the diet link you put up, I changed meal times to increase spacing (you're eating meals too close together, try 3-4hrs apart). My comments are noted as [[**.......]]

8:00am
4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
1 cup of Oatmeal
6 oz lean meat (Turkey, beef, tuna) - ounces conversion to grams??

11:30 am
50g whey pro
1 tablespoon UDO’s oil

2:30 pm
300g of Chicken Breast [[** How much is 300 grams?]]
6 oz sweet potato or brown rice
1 cup of green beans

5:30 pm
50g whey pro
1 tablespoon UDO’s oil

8:00 Train
PW 50g pro + 25g dextrose

10:30 pm
300g chicken
1 cup green beans

Cardio:
1/2 hour walk first thing in the am
1/2 starmill after training [[** Make this session a balls-out kick your own ass cardio session, but no more than 20 minutes at super high-intensity]]
-Note: never done cardio before so i'm not sure if this is okay

[[** Yes cardio is important. Your metabolism will rise as your diet changes, but cardio is also a healthy way to raise your metabolism]]

Also taking Vit C, E, St. Johns, Valarian Root

6 meals is enough. You're eating too much IMO. If you find yourself still not leaning out the way you want, try a lower carb diet with a twice weekly carb up. Try to let your nutrition drive your metabolism and stay away from the stimulants/fat burners. Hope this helps. Take care.

A little nervous about the cardio... since I'm not on any AAS I do not want to lose too much muscle as I had a really difficult time putting the weight on... Is this still okay to do without losing too much muscle?

Is the Atkins mild okay or the Lactase?? I like to mix Oats in my PW shake sometimes and like it in milk

what cycles did you run?? how much and when??? what was your diet like???? pct??? etc.. some people just do.....it may be your body's response being pissed that you are like 200 lbs now instead of 130 like you said you were......

You have done very well though bro....

Never have tried anything other than Creatine(which I haven't taken in a month or so). Like I said, I'm natural so that's why I'm a little nervous about losing too much size trying to shed some body fat before i start my first cycle.
Here's the most recent version of my diet... any suggestions are welcome!!!!!!

Nevermind then, I missed that bro......You have done freakin incredible then....you went from 132 to what you are now===all natural too....WOW....Creatine can make you hold water in the muscles...but creatine usually wears off after using for awhile too.......

I guess maybe its just a little bodyfat.....(personally, i thought for your upper abs to start showing like they are, that your chest would look a little leaner than it does...that is all......)

Stay natural until you can no longer make any gains, then explore your other options----you have been very smart about all of this and congratulations to you bro........looking very good......(Your diet looks good, but you dont do that year round do you??? Also, how old are you??? (you probably already mentioned that too).....You implemented other options into your diet right??? like Tuna, fish, turkey, lean red meat even.....etc...etc..

It's been a hell of a frustrating road watching everyone around me juice after joining the gym for a couple of weeks and actually blow up! but it's all worth it once they come off and shrink back down....
ummm...the diet no... I've always tried to eat fairly clean although a bit more pasta, sometimes some Jane's Breaded Chicken Breast and I'll admit to the ocassional late night ice cream binge...LOL...I don't really implement other options in my diet... as I find because of my hectic schedule I have to keep it simple. Don't have time to add variety... and I can't stand Tuna! What would be so wrong with eating like that year round?
I'm 24 now, but b/w my job and finishing my degree my life has been crazy and the lack of sleep I feel has been my biggest obstacle to making gains.

All of the above will hold you back a little, or in the case of lack of sleep, a lot.
I can see your definition coming out quite clearly and for an all natural thats excellent work. I'm ofcourse gonna recommend 6 months of GH and you'll be cut and keep/increase your size, but then I'm biased.. :) Good luck bro and those guns look sick...

Johnny bloats alot!!! Yo u got the size bro but we need to get the water off ya. Quadsweeps sister got ya on the right diet but we need to focus on getting the water off and increasing the density in your muscle bellies. Oh yeah your only two weeks in so maybe I'm being a little hard on you but I think some growth and clen might just come in handy over the next several weeks. HMMMMMMM.......... :verygood:

Really??? growth and clen? i thought growth was for experienced users... and aren't I a bit too young still?

growth is for very experienced users, ie, huge competitive sized bodybuilders that have trouble gaining more size with steroids alone, if I dont need it, trust me, you dont, not worth the cash

Looks like you have everything pretty much in check. I did have some suggestions on diet, but others have pretty much taken care of that, ie, no bread, go with potatoes or oatmeal. I would also probably replace the cottage cheese with tuna, but thats just me.
I kinda skimmed, so I didnt see, are you doing cardio? If so, it is twice as effective if split up into two sessions, ie, instead of doing 40 minutes, do 20 twice, your metabolism stays elevated after exercise, so this way it stays up twice as long. My trainer has me doing 35 minutes 2x daily

Yep cardio first thing in the morning (4-5 days a week) 45-60min of brisk walk, and cardio post workout 20min on the stairmill. Is this ok? also, any other supplements I should be taking? I think I may try the Levorex... considering i'm not on anything do you think that's ok or do you think it will catabolize too much muscle?
