What a jerk off, when you start CPR your supposed to keep going until you cant physically anymore...and then someone else takes over....best to have a face shield with the one way valve so u dont get his throw up in your mouth

Maybe during his assessmnet after doing a round of COR he looked at his pupils maybe they were blown or maybe he had dolls eyes. Any case with those your brain dead.
