Pressure Pain in knee when stretching ??

to start off i have bad hamstring flexibility, or more realisticaly none. I do a spread V to stretch them. And i sit against a wall or strong flat object to keep my ack straight. When i go to lean down and actually "stretch", i get a strong somewhat painful pressure in my knees. More specifacally the back what feels like a tendon, and the knee cap itself. Does anyone know what this could be, it really is messing up my stretching.

Again, what could this be and is their any better way to stretch, I also lay down and have someone slowly raise my leg up into the air keeping it straght and get the same thing.

palms to the floor legs straight ... work till you can do that and you will get some flexability ...

Keep a slight bend in your knees. If you feel pressure in the joint, you are loading the ligament, not the muscle.
