Pre Op blood work for Gynecomastia

Hello all!

Hope this is the right forum for this. I have had gynecomastia since I was about 15. I am 22 now and have had enough. I went to speak with a surgeon to do something about it. They are requesting I have blood work done. I have done two cycles in my life once right after I turned 21 and one about I finished about two months ago. The gynecomastia was not effected by the cycles and it seem to be better actually but that could have been because I gained some chest mass. I would like to know if they will show up on the following test and if so should I wait to have the blood work done or go ahead and if it shows up be thankful for doctor patient confidentiality?

I doubt they would show up if they aren't testing for it, but I would wait till your sure your natural levels are 100% normal
