pre juice and first cycle pics

First of all not many people that aspire to become professionals want a body like needsize's. I am sorry but people will look at you 9/10 times and say whatever hes a juicehead. Its just so obvious. But if you wanted to get a cut body, say how you were in your pre-juice pictures, with only 1 year of work instead of 10 then AAS are the answer. If you want to win Mr. Olympia, wait to juice 10 years it will benefit you. If you just want quick gains that are sustainable go AAS much sooner.

On a second point, how complicated is juice really? You stick the shit in, aspirate, pull out... based on halflifes do it with certain frequency and then take pct to keep gains... its not that complicated. You eat hard, train hard, sleep hard and juice hard for 2 months you will make unbelievable gains that would have taken years... Some people would rather reach the "cut" or just a little "bigger" point now and be happy with it then look like a bodybuilder. Not everyone has your goals in mind so to say "you should wait til you hit your genetic limit" is just not accurate for everyone. What if people are completely satisfied not looking like juiceheads?

On a third point, yes it is more and more juice. Needsize hit a genetic limit or a plateau that lasted 3 years. What broke that plateau? Juice combined with hard work, but juice nonetheless. Kids are accurate in saying it is gear that allows him to be that huge. Sure you have to combine hardwork with gear but take AAS out of the equation and you soon realize yes it was the gear. Hardwork and discipline only go so far...

I think you are missing out on a VERY IMPORTANT aspect though...If one doesnt achieve it naturally they probably WONT keep it once they come off :o

Try pushing hard work ethic and dedication instead of advocating steroids to newbies :o

Needsize, GREAT WORK! Definitely representing all of us at ef with those pics. At what age did you start lifting? When did you start realizing you were alot bigger than the general population. People say I'm getting bigger, but I look in the mirror and feel I havent changed at all...its fuckin weird.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF HARD WORK, PEOPLE

thanks guys, genetics for muscle shape are good, but for gaining mass they suck huge ass!! I was patient, and looked decent after all those years, but thats a lot of time to get where I was. I am glad I waited to juice(maybe 3 less years would have been good as a totally plateaued for those last three), as after one cycle I looked like I had done a lot more, and understood my body really well. Thats why I definitely advocate waiting until you at least have a good base, the results are that much better when you do

stryker, I have to go back and get my level one again, and then hopefully hit a level two around the same time. that would qualify me for the ontarios, so I would then take some time with my trainer(she is the best), and bring up everything and add a lot more mass for that level and above
when you say you plateued for the last 3, were you still gaining strength, just not mass, or all gains completely stopped?

After 2 years I've come to abhor that phrase. It's as if people think you can just drive by the gym and gain 10-12 lbs. Anytime a guy shows decent progress without using a ton of juice people are too quick to throw out the 'great genetics' line as if that explains the results more accurately than hard work. I'd bet most anyone here could gain 15 lbs naturally eating and training as hard as neednomoresize does. Give the guy some credit and leave the genetics excuse at home once in a while, guys.

Completely agreed. I too feel the same way about that shit. Good to see someone whos worked fucking hard to get there. Most people you see training, jump on the juice immediately. Ive been at it going on 11 years and still havent hit the juice. You dont see it often, so therefore people believe its impossible. Takes a shitload of persistance and work. My genetics are good for shape, but thats it. I gain EXTREMELY slow myself. I lose muscle very quickly and gaining it back is also a LONG process. KEEP KILLING THAT SHIT!!

everything stopped, in fact my strength actually started to go backwards

That's a kick ass change from then to now bro! I remember when you first started posting, it was about the same time I joined up. Very impressive! I was on my way to serious growth until I had to come off of everything, been off for over 1.5yrs now so we can try to have a kid. I've been saving my pennies though & once the bun's in the oven, it's back on!

Those guys warm up with 405 bro.. their worksets are with 700. And they've only been training for a couple of months, and they only do a little winny.

Of course, no-one wants to look like that - the kids on here doing stupid cycles and posting dumb questions all the time only want to 'shape up' and 'tone'. No way are they making excuses for not looking like they juice.

See, if anyone lived this shit for 10 years and gave it everything then they'd have 'great genetics' too... I feel bad for not maxing out my natural potential after seeing those.
I think a lot of them just settle for a little 'whiney'.

I think the main aspect of waiting is not so much that you work to achieve your genetic potential but that you learn over time how to work to get results. From that point onwards you are able to work to maximize gains on all fronts: diet, gym, juice. I think a lot of premature juicers have an inkling of diet and gym and rely for the rest on the sauce. You, Needsize, WalkingBeast and a handful of others on here clearly know how to work your bodies so that juice isn't a crutch that you're helpless without; it's just another part of the overall equation. Of course, WB hasn't even factored it in yet.

As for how long to wait: for most people, I'd say hang on until your andropause.

I have put off the sauce for over 15 years mainly because I never want to lose what it gives me. I have waited so long now I dont see the point. I dont compete and I guess I think I still can get bigger naturally.

The sad thing is with so much talk of steroids to most people anyone with any size is already stereotyped as a juicer. You get mixed feelings, do you take it as a compliment or not.
