I think the main aspect of waiting is not so much that you work to achieve your genetic potential but that you learn over time how to work to get results. From that point onwards you are able to work to maximize gains on all fronts: diet, gym, juice. I think a lot of premature juicers have an inkling of diet and gym and rely for the rest on the sauce. You, Needsize, WalkingBeast and a handful of others on here clearly know how to work your bodies so that juice isn't a crutch that you're helpless without; it's just another part of the overall equation. Of course, WB hasn't even factored it in yet.

As for how long to wait: for most people, I'd say hang on until your andropause.


Much appreciated! ThanX brother!! I cant say I havent given it alot of thought, and things have been brutal at times, especially now, but Ive restrained myself for the most part so far. The closest things Ive done to real AAS is M1T which could be purchased legally at the time and at very low dosages (5-10mg). Also I did one "cycle" when I was 19. If it could be called that. It was one amp of omnadren 250 a week. I got it for free, no idea if it was real. The dose was so low I actually lowered my natural test levels for a LONG time and made no gains. So I dont really count that. I did that for 6 weeks. I had purchased some d-bol once, only 25 tabs, and flushed them in the end. So Ive never went through with any type of legitimate cycle. Ive even flushed some prohormones. Ive tried to hold out and really max out my natural potential. When my arms hit 19" I was beginning to feel somewhat content with my progress and felt 20" arms and 50+" chest natural was becoming very achievable. Diet being my biggest weakness. Eating enough. Training intensity got to a point where it was a way of life and I enjoyed pushing myself to the limits. Crushing disks and tearing myself apart at any cost. Intensity isnt my problem. If anything Im too intense in my training. Id rather go out like that then dwell on what I couldve done differently. Growth doesnt come easy with me, so Ill KILL THAT SHIT until it responds. Consistently. I think most people who train naturally give up on it early. I try to look towards the future and not see myself in the present. Keeps me motivated in my training. KILL ALL THAT SHIT!!
 
i am probably gonna get in trouble for this, but i think needsize looks better natural than all juiced up. good to know if you go back to natural you will still look good.

I was around 180lbs(5'8") in the pre juice ones(that took 10 goddamn years of training to get there from 120lbs)
post cycle ones I was around 208lbs, stayed at 202lbs post cycle. Currently 232lbs at a similar level of bf to the post cycle ones(see my diet update pics that I just posted)

Great work bro - looking really good there before and after!
